We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of information shared during our meetings and online interactions.

Microsoft Teams meetings may involve the collection and processing of information such as participant names, email addresses, meeting content, chat messages, recordings (when enabled), and other information necessary to provide and manage the meeting experience.

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect meeting information and limit access to authorized individuals. Meeting recordings, transcripts, shared files, and other meeting content are handled according to our internal policies and applicable privacy requirements.

Participants should avoid sharing confidential, sensitive, or personal information unless it is necessary for the purpose of the meeting. Information related to market pricing and other pricing/cost details may not be shared. If a meeting is recorded, transcribed, or otherwise captured, participants will be notified through Microsoft Teams.

Antitrust Compliance Notice

Participants must not discuss or exchange competitively sensitive information during this meeting. This includes, but is not limited to, current or future pricing, pricing strategies, costs, margins, discounts, bids, business plans, market allocation, customer or supplier terms, production levels, capacity decisions, or other non-public information that could influence competitive behavior.

Participants should not disclose or seek to obtain competitively sensitive information from others. If any discussion begins to involve restricted topics, participants should stop the discussion and raise the concern with the meeting organizer.

All participants are expected to comply with applicable antitrust and competition laws and the organization’s policies regarding fair competition.
